"Hurricane Earl"

What comes with living on the East Coast is the chance for hurricanes and tropical storm weather. Since I've never been in a hurricane before I found myself slightly excited that Hurricane Earl was expected to comes straight up the Bay of Fundy and hit Saint John.

Despite the continuous predictions, Hurricane Earl changed its plans altogether and missed New Brunswick completely. It did hit Nova Scotia pretty much straight on, so hopefully they didn't have too much damage

Our weather during the time frame when Hurricane Earl was passing through was nothing more than a blustery day--perfect Winnie the Pooh Weather. To be honest, as I sit here and write this the weather outside is wayyy windier than when Hurricane Earl was passing through.

With that being said, I'm glad Hurricane Earl did not hit and cause a lot of damage for anyone---but maybe, just maybe we will get to be part of a "hurricane" before we head home at the end of the month..

Here is a look at Earl's hurricane path through the Atlantic.
